We offer a variety of bookkeeping services to our small business clients for the affordable price of $39/h.

We charge $39/h + GST for all our services. Where it is common and industry standard for other bookkeeping and accounting firms to charge extra fees for certain services on top of the labour costs, we have chosen not to and only charge for labour costs on our services. The only additional fee is if the client were to have us to create a QuickBooks file for their business and run it completely from our end, we will charge the monthly subscription fee of the QuickBooks file to the client which would cost no more than if it was setup on the client's end. Which ever way the clients chooses that cost will be incurred.

Books cleanup

Organizing past records.

If your business already has previous books which have been poorly managed or not kept up to date, we will reorganize those records for you insofar as you have at least stored the data somewhere and are able to provide it to the bookkeeper.

Bank Reconciliation

Comparing bank statements to records.

We will make sure your business' financial records are compared to and reflect the bank information feed from the bank accounts and cards into the QuickBooks account.

Financial statements

Creating periodic financial statements.

Using information provided by the bank statement feeds into the QuickBooks account as well as other information regarding assets, liabilities and ownership we can create income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. as you see fit.

Receivables/Payables

Keeping track of who owes what.

Part of general record keeping we will keep track of receivables and payables so you know what you are still owed for delivered products and services and what you still owe to others.

Payroll

Managing payments to employees.

We will keep track of employee wages, pay periods, benefits, withholdings, etc. to make sure everyone receives their due wages on time.
